I have spend a wonderful day outside in the beautiful winter forest. On my hike I found a shelter which was built by someone else. The shelter was a great opportunity the prepare my meal and spend my time outside. In this video I show you how you can make a filled bread inside your Trangia Stove.

Ingredients:
- ca. 100 g Flour
- 1 Tsp Yeast
- ca. 100 ml Water
- some olive oil
- vegetables after taste
- a great sauce

Mix flour with yeast and water until it forms a non sticky dough. Hereby you need to take care to always have some flour left in case you used to much water. Let the dough rest near the fire for about 30 min, meanwhile prepare your vegetables like shown.
Take the dough and make it flat and spread out with your fingers on a cutting board. Fill the dough with sauce and vegetables and close it like shown in the video. Try to form a closed ball. Oil a pot and roast the filled breadball from both sides. Lower the flame of your Trangia with the simmering and bake the filled bread for about 30min on each side while turning it over in regular times.
Take it of from the stove and enjoy.
