In collaboration with @sovraimpressione and @disco_bambino we are bringing back to the surface, a long forgotten gem of Italian library music from 1979 - and a personal favorite. Written and produced by maestro Filippo Trecca, “Aquarium Sounds” assembled the soundtrack to the 1979 TV thriller series “Così Per Gioco” and the theme songs to Maurizio Costanzo’s iconic TV show “Acquario”. It also includes a song featuring Cicciolina/Ilona Staller, who happened to be at the RCA studios while the album was being recorded. Her “Elena Tip” is one of the album’s highlights.

The vinyl is being pressed in a limited edition of 500 copies and is now available on Bandcamp and Shopify.

Rare and gorgeous Italian Library album performed by Maestro Fabio Fabor (Korvan), here killing at the piano Fender, the great Tullio De Piscopo (Zelich) bouncing at the drums, and the mysterious “Japa” at the bass. Absolutely fantastic and dynamic Free Jazz and Free Funk recording featuring a countless amount of sampling sources, beats and more Free/Avant-garde dopeness. Music composed by Fabio Fabor and ‘Raffeng’, one of the most used pseudonyms by the great Italian composer. Very underrated jam!
