He claims he was contacted to provide sound for the defendant's band, but had he known how rowdy they were, he would have never agreed. He claims during the defendant's performance, they damaged his equipment, so he's suing. The defendant says he's in a noise band, and their sets usually only last five minutes because the crowd gets out of control by throwing stuff at them, biting and scratching them.
