Preacher the scarecrow can toggle his ability to extend his attack range, but in consequence, it won't be able to move, and other phobies near it won't be able to use it's abilities. I haven't played Phobies in a long time, so I'm pretty rusty. Here's a match after coming back to the game and fighting Preacher for the first time.

Phobies is a turn based strategy game where you send units known as "Phobies" into the board to try and destroy the enemie's heart, before the enemy does it to yours.
