We have a great community in Volcano on the Big Island of Hawai’i. This year the Bolcano Cookshop went all out to feed the village with tasty tacos with all the fixin’s. A menu of beverages including margaritas, sangria and Mauna Loa beer on tap were available along with a subtly spicy Mexican brownie to finish the meal. What fun!
