Fiend Folio adds a bunch of new playable characters in The Binding of Isaac, however there are 3 of them that are very well hidden and not accessible via normal means!

Fiend Folio is a mod for The Binding of Isaac that adds tons of new enemies/monsters, new items, new bosses, new unlocks & achievements and all sorts of new rooms, graphics, sounds, and worthy funny memes that will surely improve your overall experience! Fiend Folio Reheated is an expansion to the original mod that is officially available and fully compatible for The Binding of Isaac Repentance.
