Field Trip to LOTTĒ in Wichita, KS, - Visit One Of Our Favorite Local Dining Experiences!

What happens when two local chefs meet in a kitchen? Well, cooking of course! Chef Tom recently visited one of our favorite restaurants in downtown Wichita, LOTTĒ to hang out with Executive Chef Josh Rathbun. Together they put together a couple of incredible dishes and Chef Rathbun was able to share some fine dining knowledge that can translate into our home cooking as well.
