Hopewell Baptist Church in Greenville, Mississippi was burned and vandalized with “Vote Trump” graffiti on November 2, 2016, only 6 days prior to the 2016 presidential election. The damage to the 111-year old church is being investigated as a hate crime to the historic black church. Greenville, is a city in the Mississippi Delta of about 33,000, and is 78% black. The film follows Bishop Clarence Green and his devastated church.
