FIEA Students present their capstone projects. Games will be presented in the order below.
1. Kore
Kore is a narrative stealth game featuring the greek mythos of Persephone and Hades in a New Orleans inspired Underworld. Journey through the Underworld as Persephone and avoid being captured by the lost souls of the underworld as Persephone fights to reunite with her lover Hades. While Persephone may have decided to join Hades in the Underworld, her mother Demeter is not too fond of this decision and has done her best to hinder Persephone's journey as much as possible, which means it is up to you to make sure Persephone can reunite with Hades!
2. Keepers of the Trees
“Keepers of the Trees” is a couch co-op puzzle platformer that gives you the power to control nature. Along with a friend, you will test your platforming mettle, work together to solve puzzles by growing special plants, and explore a lush, fantasy forest world.
3. Izcalli of the Wind
Izcalli of the Wind is a fast-paced hoverboard game. You play as Izcalli, an acolyte of The Wind God, who is trying to repower The Wind God’s divine realm after it lost power. To preserve himself and his realm, The Wind God sealed himself within a hoverboard so that he could still use some of his wind powers, even while trapped. With the help of this hoverboard, Izcalli must travel throughout the realm, restore power, and usher in the rebirth of the wind.
4. Wick
Join Jean Wick in his quest to restore hope to a dying world by carrying on a dead monk’s mission to fill the cathedral with light. Use Jean’s douter and a mix of waxy tricks to avoid being detected by Mara, a nun who succumbed to despair as she tried to heal the overwhelming tides of plague victims. Travel deep into the darkness to bring the world back to the light, or die trying.
