2016 Fiat 500e Review. If you are in the market to buy a used city driving EV , the Fiat 500e may be an option for you. The 2016 has a combined city/highway of 112 MPGe and an EPA of 84 miles. It charges using the J-connector and can only charge using level 1 and level 2 chargers. I take the car out for a drive and see how easy it is to park.
