This week I bring you a fairly obscure puzzle with a few mechanics many of you might not be familiar with. I won't blame you if you have no clue what's going on, but I challenge you to try to figure out why I do the things I do.

The puzzle's name is a meme. I included a little something at the end of the run to illustrate the reference.
