Eorzean Nimble Warrior is back again and so am I with a day one speedrun. This time I chose to try something new: the classic route without using any major shortcuts, which I had never practiced before.
The resulting run is quite sloppy because I was nervous and in a hurry to get a decent run for a video as soon as possible, but I'd say it's a decent performance considering my lack of practice for this route and how laggy things were.
I'm not sure if I'll have a lot of time and energy this year, but from what I've been able to see, I should be able to beat last year's time if I set my mind to it. I feel like I've improved even further, although I suffer from lower frame rate since Dawntrail release, which makes things much harder, so time will tell...
