A battle against Lightning and her lieutenant Amodar.

Your main goal to win this battle is to stagger them and do heavy damage with Commados. I also remommend killing off Amodar first because if you stagger Lightning while Amodar's there, he'll hit you withh all kinds debuffs. Getting afflicted with Fog and Pain while Lightning's staggered is... a pain. You can avoid some of the debuffs if you cast Veil/Veilga on yourself.
