Final Fantasy XI.
!!ATTENTION!! - This is an experimental, GigaPixel AI (Machine Learning) Upscaled version of Ru'Lude Gardens.
This is the exact same method used in the recent FF7 community HD mod (forums.qhimm.com/index.php?topic=18549.0)
Features include:
- Upscaled textures have also been given extra detail in Photoshop post-upscale.
- Foliage (trees, bushes, plants, etc) have been done from scratch, as normal.
- Completely redone long flag in the throne room.
- HD Skies.
- HD Water.
I *highly* recommend you use ReShade with my included Preset as this is really the icing on the cake.
I'd like to get everyone's opinion on this method of producing a HD Overhaul as it truly preserves SE original artwork. The advantages to this are a *MUCH* faster work flow - releases would be *vastly* more frequent.
Downside is, you wouldn't necessarily get the detail I have been producing thus far. However, as with the foliage, I would create original textures where needed. Nothing has been decided at this point, so don't panic! I want to get some feedback before I do anything.
