This is a partial auto battle set up. Speed 1, start in auto battle.
The trick is to switch to manual when the Aetherial Tear appears. Focus attacks on the Tear, and when Hope's turn comes up you will want to use summons to hit both the Tear and Diablos. During this time you will also want Edward to re-apply Fabula Guardian. Once the Tear has been defeated 5 times you can go back to auto and you should be able to finish up.
You will need to get somewhat lucky with the double casts in order to sub-30. Even if you don't get a lot you should still be able to get low 30s.
