Sick run, RNGesus was by my side. Could have saved 2-3 minutes with better execution and 2 minutes (debug room luck, kinky), but finally got my goal of under three hours! Now I can focus on another category/game. Shout outs to the new motorcycle chase music, and first encounter Yuffie!!
Neat speedrun with various technical aspects.
Technical Explanations:
The run uses a couple PC exclusive features/glitches:
Battle Mode Warping: Allows you to warp to a death point in Mt. Nibel after winning a battle in the world map.
Yuffie Warping: Allows you to warp to any death point after defeating Yuffie in a forest encounter.
Debug Room: Allows me to warp directly to skip most of the story.
I do not look to improve this run unless there is a major route changing, because getting sub 3 hours alone is a difficult task.
