This is a long and boring battle. You have to wait until they've spent all their MP before you can take them out. You barely get a chance to attack in between all the healing, but you don't want to attack more than five times anyway, since they'll use the earth counter. I needed Barret to have enough HP to survive a double double breath with the Dragon Armlet and thankfully, I didn't have to do any leveling to achieve that. However, I did have to use one of my three Phoenix Downs, because there's no way Cloud can live through this battle. Not really a difficult battle, but it can be stressful, since one small mistake will lead to your death.

I could have went in with limit breaks, but thats lame, so I decided to play it fair. Still, its nothing to worry about. One of the easiest battles in Midgar.

Since Aerith can heal, this is no problem. It just takes a while, since she needs Elemental for fire protection, so no double damage. We are now out of Midgar and even though theres already been a few trouble battles, its nothing compared to whats in store.
Btw, every time theres a battle with at least three Healing Winds, I get only that exact shot for the thumbnail suggestions, so I might as well go with it.
