Festive Cranberry & Pine Needle Sprite 🎄✨
A naturally fermented, non-alcoholic sprite-like drink made using wild yeasts from fresh pine needles. Light, citrusy and beautifully fizzy, with a festive pop of whole cranberries added after fermentation for colour without clouding the flavour.
