We just adopted from this wonderful lady-run operation. They literally make endless amounts of tiring runs from Texas to the Pacific Northwest to ensure every dog and cat has a safe and loving home.
- Days for Girls: daysforgirls.org
Every year, so many girls abroad fall behind in school due to their period-related absences. They simply don't have the resources they need to maintain their education. DFG collects materials, teaches others to sew, and assembles to ship sustainable feminine hygiene products worldwide. I can personally vouch for their volunteer events -- they are so fun!
