Since Festival of the Lost is here and we still have the "Weighted" Perk Combinations, let's go over what Perk Combinations will be harder to get (and why you might want to not focus on getting them, for sake of your sanity, until Bungie fixes things on Nov. 5th.). To get everyone on the same page and for this guide to be evergreen, I'll explain the RNG Weighted Perk Combo fiasco, the perk combinations that are most affected, and then general recommend rolls regardless of this weighted rng.
