This was being developed by Climax Studios in 2007. Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli, released in 2008, is credited to a different developer, System 3 Software Ltd, but is often stated to be from Climax. All the evidence that I have found, be it in documents, builds, or portfolios, points to the Climax version as being unreleased.
This build is one of a few that have been recovered so far.

This is footage from an early build of THQs The Avengers, running on Xbox 360. It was recovered from a harddrive over on ObscureGamers, and is missing many of the files that may have once been included, if they ever made it to an Xbox 360 build.
Had to mute the menu song because of bogus content ID nonsense.
