NASA's Robert Simmon say that the earth "looks kinda flat." This may have been a slip up and part of the reason why this audio is so difficult to find. Or it may have been nothing. I'm not sure because I didn't hear the actual question.. although I suspect the question may have been "why did you have to photo shop the blue marble". So this is all speculation.. but I thought it was an interesting catch none the less.
