If time stretching is not working in Studio Pro, the reason is usually very simple: the software needs to know the original tempo of your audio first. Without that information, it cannot automatically stretch the file when you change your Session BPM.
In most cases, Studio Pro detects the tempo for you automatically, so you do not have to do anything. But if your track is set to Time Stretch and changing the Session BPM does nothing, this is almost always the problem.
