The fence clip is commonly used as adult with hover boots, but as child you need to hover over there. Normally you can't grab the fence out of a hover, but if you use a quickspin to cancel the hover you can grab much more quickly, which makes this possible. This trick is faster than the normal way if done quickly. You can also do a normal vine clip to save more time, and then another to void out to get to the locked door more quickly.
