The woman in this video was confronted on live stream following conversations she had with a minor. Although this particular predator has autism and a severe mental impairment, it shouldn't excuse the crimes she has committed to someone 17 years her junior.

I want to know everyone's opinions on this particular video, should she be treated different because of her mental defects or should she be treated the same as everyone else!
