They do not protect and serve. They just want to load up the jails even if the arrestee is innocent. The female cop looked for loopholes to search this vehicle. She tried to call a dog which would have violated Rodriguez v USA . She also misused Terry v Ohio and performed an illegal search. They just do not care. Big takeaway came when the DA was going to let the cop give the ride to the citizen even though she would beat the rap. Thank you to Duckda Police for the insight to this horrible problem.
