On Nov. 10, 2024 in Chicago’s Ravenswood, police stopped Samantha Steele, a Cook County Board of Review commissioner, near Ashland & Winnemac. Bodycam shows two parked cars were hit; officers say she refused ID and field-sobriety tests and was taken to a hospital.
