Jim McNeil moved back to his hometown of Alpena in 2014. A retired detective sergeant, golfer and die-hard Michigan football fan, he attempted all conservative measures to treat the pain in his left arm and shoulder. When physical therapy and cortisone injections began to fail, he consulted Orthopedic Surgeon Kiel Beltinck, D.O. Dr. Beltinck performed a total shoulder replacement and corrected a biceps tendon tear at his shoulder. McNeil feels very fortunate to have access to excellent care close to home.
