One of the most common reasons herbal protocols fail isn't the formula, it's stopping treatment too soon.

Many people begin to feel better after a few days and assume they're fully recovered. But according to herbalist Sajah Popham, ending a protocol too early can allow symptoms to return and prolong recovery.

A helpful rule of thumb: once symptoms improve, continue taking your herbs for approximately the same number of days you've already been sick. Supporting the body through the full healing process can make all the difference.
