I get through chains and cassettes at an alarming rate on my Canyon Endurace and one thing people tell me will help prolong their life, is keeping them clean. That and just doing more maintenance myself made me think I needed a decent bike stand.

After some research, I settled on the Feedback Sports Sprint Repair Stand. This video shows the unboxing, setup and use of the stand.
