Growing as a nerdy young suburbanite who didn't seem to fit in, I found an escape in a game called Dungeons and Dragons. Reading books like Elric of Melniboné, The Hobbit and Lord of the Rings, starting to grow my hair long and listening to bands like Rush, Black Sabbath and Led Zeppelin it was a pretty good fit. A short time later finding the other 2 key components of Sex, Drugs and Rock and Roll it was left behind as only a memory. This song is a tribute to those times and those memories.
