Fire Emblem: The Drowned King is a hack designed to play similarly to classic GBAFE, like base FE7, specifically. It is iron man-friendly, with a lot of units joining early on and throughout the mid-game.
The game is set on the continent of Ferris, a land scarred by wars past. The story follows Randall, the son of a famous mercenary. He is a soldier in Ambrose's border guard patrolling the Dacian border. Things take a turn for the worse when the Dacians invade Ambrose with the help of a rebellious Ambrosian noble named Lord Raymond. Now Randall and the others have to fight off the Dacians and figure out the darker motives behind the invasions.
