Type: Federal Signal Modulator MOD-5020
Signal: Westminster Chimes and Voice
Location: 3051 Leestown Road, Lexington, Fayette County, KY (Masterson Station Park)
First and quietest of three sirens I recorded Wednesday. Figured I would go for a 5020 as I hadn't heard that specific model in person. It was pretty quiet, but neat nonetheless. Other than that it's your basic Lexington/Fayette siren test. If you listen closely at the end you can hear the drivers squealing. Enjoy!
Fayette County sirens are tested on the first Wednesday of each month at 10AM, if the test cannot be conducted at that time it is pushed back to 7PM the same day.
