After hearing this bolt do hi-lo on request years ago, I knew I eventually had to hear this thing go off for its main purpose, to signal the start of the Lake Bluff 4th of July parade! Lucky for me and everyone else who was there, the FD activated it, and we got nearly a full 3 minutes of hi-lo. Overall it definitely lived up to the hype and I'm glad to have finally documented it doing a full, proper hi-lo. I am also aware that I am uploading this a year late, I am working through my backlog of recordings so there will be quite a bit of out-of-place recordings here and there lol.
