A new federal abortion ban proposal rooted in Lindsey Graham's "fetal pain" bill needs to be discussed. The bill and Graham's discussion of it are far from scientific or accurate and this is direct effort to enact nationwide abortion bans (despite supporting the Roe vs Wade overturn on the basis of "state's rights"). Although Senator Graham keeps saying this would put us in line with laws in other "civilized nations," this is an outright lie. I've discussed the dangers of blanket legislation in several other videos, but Lindsey Graham's outright lies in this legislative bill are next level.
