Description: Plaintiff claimed that the spillway, near the new Bass Pro Shop, was lowering their property value due to the water runoff.
Visualizations Produced: FEMA flood maps, as well as, contours of the pre and post-construction terrain were obtained and compared, illustrating that the property in question was in a floodway before and after the spillway.
