Case Type: Imminent Domain: Highland Park Apts. v. City of Overland Park, KS
Description: The City of Overland Park, KS authorized construction of a highway fly-over exit ramp. which both visually and audibly infringed upon the Highland Park Apartment Complex.
Visualizations Produced:
Fearless Eye generated the existing highway system from photos and construction and engineering drawings; the apartment complex and the new fly-over ramps in 3D. Photo composites were then generated using both the 3D renders and photos taken at the sight to illustrate the magnitude the new construction would have on the apartment complex and it's residents.
