Initially, I wanted to include this with the prologue, but I didn't expect a "chapter 1" to take this long. Of course, part of the reason is me not wanting to use Taiga in order to train the unpromoted units more, but the reinforcements can be quite ridiculous.
Not much to say for this chapter since it's similar to the previous in a way, but you can actually ignore the villages until much later since no bandits actually appear. Byrd could have taken out the paladin reinforcements using the chokepoint if it wasn't for Taiga having issues with just one paladin.
