On May 3, 2017 on CSPAN, then FBI Director James Comey Denies Trump Administration Obstruction of any criminal Investigations to a Congressional panel.
Either he was lying to Congress that day, which is a crime of perjury. Because this statement contradicts the so-called Comey Memo. Or he is lying about the conversation with Trump in Feb. If it did happen as he is now claiming he is also in trouble, because it is a crime not report it. Which he did not. Either way Comey is in trouble.
