He notes that public companies are unlikely to be able to withstand cancel mobs such as the #DropKiwifarms movement, regardless of a CEOs desire to resist. Next, he turns to a question from the community about the effect of digital media and information saturation on our brains. After explaining the popular hooked model for creating psychologically addictive software, Carter outlines ways in which the Internet has rewired our brains and how we are active participants in the process.
