Favourite local summer run route @antinbath

Love to run the country roads in summer especially, skirt around and over the fields.

This is Lower and Upper Shockerwick. It's about an 11km route door to door. Bypassing the road up to Upper Shockerwick makes for a more relaxed run - that hill is a nice challenge in cooler months.

Thought I'd wear my Orca trisuit cos it's not been outdoors much since I got it.

$Ant’s Allotment - 27th January 2018 - Chitting Pentland Javelin potatoes It’s No Dig year. Or at least as close as I can get to it. I’ve got a compression fracture in my knee which means no heavy work on it for a few months. It’s certainly paid off doing the hard work in previous years. Crops for this year? Potatoes and peas for sure. But what else? Recommendations for an easy life in my shady allotment please.$
