Happy new year, nerds! 2021 was my best year of reading to date. I learned a lot about who I am as a reader and what I want from a book. Apparently its good sentences, self reference, and great sex scenes!

In 2021 I read 98 books and here are my 20 favorites. Of these 20:
15 are fiction and 5 are non fiction (I mistakenly put Simple Passion with the fiction. It’s a memoir. I’m a dumbdumb)
2 were written by men/18 by women
5 were works in translation
4 are tinies
5 were published in 2021
And 1 is an advanced copy of a 2022 release.
