Planner challenge:
Using your planner to actually plan instead of prioritising decorating!!
First 2 weeks: No decoration at all. Use coloured pens to draw in functional things like colour-coding dots and water intake droplets. Assess how you did and how you feel on the Sunday.
Third week: If you want to, start using functional stickers or stamps- but still, no decorating! Assess how it went on the Sunday.
Fourth week: If you want to decorate, use your coloured pens to doodle, and draw in washi tape, and if you have decorative stamps and ink pads, you can use those (but dont buy them unnecessarily!).
At the end of the month: Assess how you did!!
