Got napkins and white glue? In this video I am sharing an awesome technique to make faux rice paper, and then showing how to make gorgeous cards with the translucent beauty created. Most creators showing this technique are using the faux rice paper in journals and mixed media art, but I am a card maker so I designed many cards with the faux rice paper pieces I created.
