floral foam / styrofoam / pool noodle (Dollar Tree)
12 spider ferns (Dollar Tree)
floral tape (Dollar Tree)
12 bundles nautical rope (Dollar Tree)
-fix-all adhesive (Dollar Tree)
or E6000
box cutter
glue gun w/ glue sticks (you'll need lots)
OPTIONAL : paint (for the inside of the trash can)
