BEFORE REPLACING THE CAPACITOR, ALWAYS SHORT IT WITH AN INSULATED SCREWDRIVER. THIS CAPACITOR IS CHARGED TO A HIGH VOLTAGE.

In this video, I show you how to diagnose and replace a faulty Microwave Capacitor. If you are wondering why the microwave fuse board blew up, it is because one of the interlock switches did not open. I also had a screwdriver stuck in the fuse holder so I would not blow my only fuse.
