A U.S. Navy sailor sailing abroad says his father, who had been in the country for more than 20 years, is now in ICE custody. Luis Manuel Aviles was taken into custody on late Saturday morning near a Publix supermarket in Key West, Florida, where he lives, as he was headed to a mechanic, according to three family members.
