Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves
Arcade Mode | Duck King
Last month, we did things with Rick Strowd. We're in August so this means new character has dropped. Today, we do things with Duck King.
Duck King has been around since the first Fatal Fury. Surprisingly, he was only playable in a few games such as Fatal Fury Special, Real Bout Fatal Fury and even King of Fighters. To see him return is something I never expected. As for his story, turns out he didn't get an invite to the tournament but decided to come in regardless. He has a reason for it since Pao Pao Cafe is being threatened to be bought out. Surprisingly, he actually does well. Like with some characters, he doesn't face Fallen Rock. Instead, he fights Vox Reaper in his rival battle and his final opponent is Terry. How ironic. Very ironic. He beats Terry and it's here his friends are introduced to all the ducks he's been raising. Very cool.
As for his gameplay, he's interesting. However, I feel he can really take time to get used to. I say this because even I had some issues. But he's just as you remember and thankfully no complicated super motions this time.
