When the first Fatal Frame title was released, it was sorely needed by survival horror fans like myself. And since it was the first entry in (what was soon to become a) franchise, a lot of us gave it a lot of slack in some areas we might not have been so understanding about otherwise. With the release of its sequel, now we get to see what this team can deliver with both the benefit of more money and support and lessons learned after making the first one. So I guess now it's time for us to find out what really is the premier ghost-hunting video game of the 6th console generation. Can the follow-up lap its predecessor and deliver a truly horrifying experience? Well let's find out in the #fatalframe #retrospective
