Fat camp - sometimes know as a weight loss retreat, fat farm or summer camp for fitness - but whatever you call it - one thing is the same. These are camps specifically designed for overweight children to lose weight. The methods that fat camps use are controversial - from too extreme to perhaps too lenient.
We'll take a look at several fat camp documentaries, talk about the stories of several fat kids, look at what a fat camp weight loss journey looks like, as well as enjoy some footage from the movie Heavyweights.
